All accounts on our Platform must be registered by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the learner. Learners under the age of 18 may not register accounts independently.

All parents and guardians, on their own behalf and on behalf of their learner children, by creating an account or using our services, hereby give permission for Online Edge Tutors to receive and process such personal information for the purposes of:

• Facilitating the learner’s education through our Platform.
• Processing all payments made or to be made.
• Any administrative requirements in connection with that education or the relationship contemplated in this agreement.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are the parent or legal guardian of the learner.
• You consent to the collection and processing of both your and your child’s personal information as described in this Policy.
• You take responsibility for ensuring your child uses our Platform safely and appropriately.
• All information provided is accurate and up to date.

4. What Personal Information We Collect

The types of personal information we collect may vary depending on the service used. We collect the following:

From parents and guardians:

From or about learners:

• We do not publicly display learners’ full names, photographs or personal details on our Platform.

• Our Platform is not intended to attract or be used by children independently. All learner accounts must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.

• Educate your child about online safety: Remind your child not to share personal information (such as their surname, home address or school name) during sessions or on our Platform.
